My thoughts and prayers are with our fellow Filipinos who perished because of Typhoon Paeng and the thousands of families left homeless or displaced as it ravaged many parts of the country.
The initial assessment of the extent of the devastation left by Paeng is already profoundly disheartening, and recovery is expected to be a heavy undertaking — but the Marcos administration’s priority now is to provide immediate assistance to affected families.

My thoughts and prayers are with the people affected by Typhoon Karding in Luzon.
May I also offer my deepest condolences to the families of those who died during the onslaught of the typhoon.
The administration of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr is on top of the situation — with coordination between concerned national agencies and local government units done to ensure immediate response and efficient delivery of relief services to the people affected by Karding.
