This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     The Vice President was in Panay Island for a series of engagements.

    At 10:00 am, she attended the Ahon Laylayan Koalisyon Provincial Launch in Ateneo de Iloilo-Santa Maria Catholic School, Mandurriao. The event brought together 2,000 leaders representing the following sectors in the province: indigenous peoples, women, urban poor, farmers, fisherfolk, PWD, senior citizens, youth, LGBTQ, transport, vendors, Muslims, faith-based organizations, and civic organizations. The launch was the fifth of a series of provincial launches of the Laylayan Koalisyon.

    From 1:00 pm until 5:30 pm, she had meetings with sectoral leaders in Cabanatuan, Janiuay, Lambunao, and Pototan.
