This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/

At 9:00 am, the Vice President attended the 102ndCommencement Exercises of Our Lady of Fatima University (OLFU) in PICC, Pasay City. OLFU is a private university with five main campuses in Valenzuela, Pampanga, Antipolo, Quezon City, and Nueva Ecija.

In her speech, the Vice President talked about having hope in times of doubt and darkness. “When these things happen, remember this: stay on the side of truth and right. Do what needs to be done, and be prepared to put in the hard work needed to survive. Sacrifice convenience, overcome your fears and reservations, stand in your authenticity, and believe in the strength inside you. When you do, the darkest times in your life are only a prelude to a brighter future.”
