This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 9:00 am, the Vice President was on air for the weekly one-hour program, BISErbisyong Leni on RMN-DZXL with Ely Saludar. For this episode,they interviewed Atty. Ray Paolo “Arpee” Santiago. He is the Executive Director of the Ateneo Human Rights Center and the Secretary-General of the Working Group for an ASEAN Human Rights Mechanism. They discussed the provisions of the proposed Federal Constitution. They also interviewed Demy Cruz, Jr. He was the winner of Best Script and Filmmaker of Ang Gahum Sang Daku Nga Handumduring the Istorya ng Pag-asa Film Festival. His film, which translates to “The Power of Big Dreams”, was about appreciating who we are and whatever we have, and the power of big dreams.

    At 2:30 pm, the Vice President attended the Purple Cross Movement Mass in the University of the Philippines (UP), Quezon City. The Purple Cross Movement is a small group of lay faithful who aim to encourage prayerfulness amid the growing culture of impunity, deceit, and apathy in our country. The Holy Mass aimed to move people to act with courage and publicly profess their faith during these times.
