This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     At 9:00 am, the Vice President was on air for the weekly one-hour program BISErbisyong Leni on RMN-DZXL with Ely Saludar. For this episode, they interviewed Prof. Aurora Javate-De Dios, Executive Director of Women and Gender Institute of Miriam College. She is an advocate of women, human rights, and gender equality. They also interviewed Judge Ave A. Zurbito-Alba, Acting Presiding Judge of MTTC Branch 3 and Pilar, Sorsogon. Judge Ave was featured in the second Istorya ng Pag-asa (INP) Film Festival video released on December 13, 2017. She worked as a janitress to support her school tuition fees and her family’s needs.
