This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/

The Vice President was in Bulacan for some events.

At 1:00 pm, she attended the Ahon Laylayan Koalisyon Planning Session in Brgy. Batia, Bocaue. The planning session aimed towards helping the various civil society organizations in attendance to formulate People’s Agenda and activities for their respective sectors. The participants came from 17 sectors: women, transport, labor, farmers, fisherfolk, 4Ps faith-based groups, PWD, cooperatives, NGO’s youth, senior citizen, urban poor, vendors, LGBT, academe, and professionals.

At 3:00 pm, she had a dialogue with women leaders at the Bustos Municipal Hall. It was organized through the help of Bustos Mayor Arnel F. Mendoza.

In her message, the Vice President mentioned the importance of providing opportunities for women to help them expand their capabilities and eventually be able to support themselves. “Kaya iyong sabi ko, parating iyong kampanya namin economic empowerment ng mga kababaihan—bigyan ng hanapbuhay, bigyan ng paraan para may sariling kita iyong mga kababaihan kasi kapag kumikita siya, lalong malakas iyong loob niya para itaguyod hindi lang iyong kaniyang mga anak, pero iyong sarili niya.”
