This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/

At 2:10 pm, the Vice President attended the Ika-19 na Palatuntunan sa Pagtatapos ng Mataas na Paaralan ng Pilipinas sa Agham- Kampus sa Silangang Visayas (PSHS-EVC) in Palo, Leyte. PSHS-EVC is one of the regional campuses of the Philippine Science High School System. A total of 84 students graduated. This is PSHS-EVC’s first graduation ceremony since the implementation of the K-12 Curriculum.

In her message, the Vice President congratulated not just the students but also the parents and the school for all the hardwork and sacrifices they have endured despite the difficulties of overcoming high prices of goods and services. “Sa kabila ng mga hamong ito, masuwerte pa rin tayo at ang mga anak natin ay iskolar ng bayan. Kaya naman, lahat ay ginagawa natin para sila ay masuportahan. Hinding-hindi tayo susuko sa pagkayod, dahil alam natin ang kahalagahan ng edukasyon. Sa ating mga Pilipino, ito ang nagbibigay ng pag-asa na makaahon sa kahirapan ang ating mga pamilya.”
