This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/

At 9:00 am, the Vice President went to the Free the Courts! A Forum on the Philippine Justice System in UP-NCPAG, UP Diliman. The justice forum was organized by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) in partnership with the International Center for Innovation, Transformation, and Excellence in Governance (InciteGov). The forum gathered individuals and groups from the legal profession, various church groups, the academe, student organizations, and civil society organizations to expound on judicial capture and the erosion of the justice system.

In her speech, the Vice President talked about how the judicial courts should remain as the last bastion of justice for each Filipino and therefore, must be protected at any cost. “As your duly elected Vice President, I took an oath to defend the Constitution. You can count on me to do everything in my power to right this wrong, should it ever come to pass.”
