This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA.     The Vice President was in Camarines Sur for a series of events.

    At 1:00 pm, she visited the Omasenso sa Kabuhayan farmers in Naga City for the awarding of check and certificate for their project “High Value Crops Production Project” wherein the beneficiaries are the farmer members of Naga City Organic Farmers Association (NCOFA).

    At 3:00 pm, she met with Mothers Against Drug Abuse (MADA) at the Champagne Garden, Mayon Drive, Naga City.

    At 4:00 pm, she had a meeting with Naga City Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) and City Anti-Drug Abuse Council (CADAC) in Naga City.

    At 7:00 pm, she attended Halyao Awards 2019 in Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City. The event was part of the 5thBicol Business Month wherein it was one of the highlight activities gave recognition to the “Most Outstanding Businessperson of the Year” and “Young Bicolano Entrepreneur of the Year”.

    In her speech, the Vice President talked about innovation and technology that have aided businesses. However, she emphasized that such tools and ideas must be used to help people who are in need. “This, I believe, is how we can bridge today’s challenges and tomorrow’s solutions. Our people—not profit, not even technology—need to be at the center: their welfare, their future, their dreams and aspirations. No matter how excellent our industries are performing, if we fail to make this growth inclusive, we will fail.”
