This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline. Compliance to these criteria is measured in three levels: A, AA, or AAA. A guide to understanding and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 is available at: https://www.w3.org/TR/UNDERSTANDING-WCAG20/

The Vice President attended the 11th Year Anniversary of Banasi Farmers “Walk for Land Walk for Justice” in Sitio Banasi, Bula, Camarines Sur. 11 years ago, the Banasi Farmers did a 444-kilometer march from Bula to Malacañang Palace on November 17, 2008. The march was done to press for the reversal of Executive Secretary Eduardo Ermita’s decision that dispossessed them of their land. The Vice President was also requested to lead the oath taking of the 8 officers of the Camarines Sur Alliance of Agri-Fishery People’s Organization. The organization was formed in October 2019 and is composed of carious fisherfolk and farmer’s associations based in Camarines Sur. The group aims to strengthen the advocacies of farmers and fisherfolk; increase the amount of their produce and products; and engage agencies to support their respective agenda.
