This website adopts the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) as the accessibility standard for all its related web development and services. WCAG 2.0 is also an international standard, ISO 40500. This certifies it as a stable and referenceable technical standard.

WCAG 2.0 contains 12 guidelines organized under 4 principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR for short). There are testable success criteria for each guideline.     The Vice President was in Camarines Norte for a series of events.

    At 9:30 am, the Vice President visited the fisherfolk community in Purok 3, Brgy. Cayucyucan, Mercedes, Camarines Norte. She assessed the area and discussed how the Office of the Vice President (OVP) can help them through the Angat Buhay program.

    At 12:30 pm, she led the turnover of streetlights to the municipality of Jose Panganiban. A project under the OVP, it will reduce risk of road accidents and pedestrian fatalities during the night; provide proper road lighting; replace CFL streetlights with more environment friendly, durable, and efficient LED lights; and reduce maintenance cost of streetlights.

    At 1:40 pm, she attended the Ahon Laylayan Koalisyon (ALK) Jose Panganiban Orientation in JOMAPA Convention Center, Jose Panganiban.

    At 3:10 pm, she attended the ALK Labo Municipal Planning Session in Labo Convention Center, Brgy. Bulhao. The session aimed to help the various civil society organizations institutionalize a People’s Council and plan activities for their respective sectors.
