MANILA – The Office of the Vice President has successfully retained its International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 certification following the 2025 ISO Surveillance Audit conducted by TÜV Rheinland.

The audit was carried out on January 12, 2026 for the Panay and Negros Islands Satellite Office and the Southern Mindanao Satellite Office, and on January 16, 2026 for the OVP Central Office in Mandaluyong City.

The positive audit results reflect the thorough preparation and strong coordination efforts of the Quality Management Team, led by the Quality Management Representative, in close collaboration with the Internal Quality Audit Team and the Planning Division.

From August to December 2025, the teams implemented a series of capacity-building activities, including trainings, ISO awareness sessions, and gap analyses, to ensure full compliance with international quality standards.

This achievement underscores the OVP’s continued commitment to aligning its processes and services with globally recognized standards, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and excellence in public service delivery.
