MONTHLY SALARY:

₱27,00.00

PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT:

BUDGET DIVISION - CENTRAL OFFICE, MANDALUYONG

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE:

With at least one (1) year experience in administrative related works.

With at least one (1) year government service is preferred but not required.

TRAINING:

With training on basic complete staff work or any other related training is preferred but not required.

SKILLS:

Knows how to operate Microsoft Office application especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Knows or familiar with electronic email system and Office 365.

Can draft basic correspondence.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assists in processing of Obligation Request and Status (ORS), particularly transactions related to medical assistance;

2. Updates Document Management System (DMS) accordingly, including outgoing and receiving logbooks;

3. Ensures and maintains proper documentation of processed ORS and budget documents;

4. Assists in the encoding of ORS details in the e-Budget system;

5. Acts as an alternative Administrative Officer (AO); and

6. Supports other functions of the Division from time to time.
