EDUCATION:
Bachelors' Degree in Civil Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
Two (2) years relevant work experience
Preferably with knowledge with the GPRA (RA 9184)
Preferably with knowledge and experience with the Green Building technology
With experience, either as individual or part of a team

Eight (8) hours of relevant training
Basic knowledge with the Green Building Code
RA1080 (Licensed Civil Engineer)
1. Member of the TWG team for the office renovation project and other construction projects;
2. Reviews bidding documents for the office renovation project and other construction projects;
3. Serves as the Project Engineer;
4. Monitors the project in all stages and provides solutions to the problems being encountered by coordinating directly with the contractor's foreman and site workers;
5. Oversees construction activities, conducting site inspections, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the renovation process;
6. Reviews, plans, and monitors progress of the office renovation and other construction projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of the project;
7. Reviews and inspects the weekly progress report submitted by the contractor before submission to the GSD head;
8. Documents and maintains updated detailed monthly programs report of the contractor on the progress of the project;
9. Conducts project inspection and acceptance with the contractor;
10. Reviews and evaluates contractors' billings and detailed progressive accomplishment of project and submits recommendations for processing of payments; and
11. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
