HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT DIVISION - OVP CENTRAL OFFICE, MANDALUYONG
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job (e.g.,BS in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Mathematics, Finance, among others)
EXPERIENCE:
TRAINING:
1 year of relevant experience
4 hours of relevant training
SKILLS:
1. Provides administrative support to the PM System;
2. Assists in the conduct of Focus Group Discussions relative to PM;
3. Assists in the updating of the PM Database, especially Individual
4. Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) and Individual
5. Performance Accomplishment and Review (IPAR);
6. Helps in the proper filing/uploading of IPCRs and IPARs;
7. Assists in the review of IPCRs and IPARs;
8. Assists in the preparation of reports and analytics for PM; and
10, Supports other functions of the Division from time to time.
