HR Analytics, Learning and Development, Effective Interpersonal Skills, Knowledgeable about Microsoft Applications, and Effective Communication
1. Provides administrative support to the L&D System pre, during, and post learning sessions/interventions;
2. Assists in the updating of L&D Monitoring tools;
3. Assists in the preparation of L&D Memoranda, Special Orders, and other documentary requirements;al;
4. Helps in identifying possible learning providers and organizations and updating of database;
6. Provides assistance in handling internship applications;
7. Helps in the preparation of L&D social media cards/infographics; and
8. Supports other functions of the Division from time to time.
