MEDIA AND PUBLIC RELATIONS DIVISION - CENTRAL OFFICE, MANDALUYONG
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job (eg., Graphic Arts, Digital Illustration and Animation, Mass Communication)
EXPERIENCE:
2 years of relevant experience.
TRAINING:
8 hours of relevant training.
SKILLS:
Ability to create designs, illustrations, photos and videos;
Ability to use software programs to create designs and layouts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Helps in the production of print and publication materials for the Office of the Vice President;
2. Helps in the preparation of social media cards, infographics, photos, and other publication materials for posting in Facebook and website;
3. Assists in the post-processing of photos for social media posting and audio- visual presentations;
4. Helps in the production of PowerPoint presentations for speeches, pitch decks, and programs;
5. Helps in the crafting of Public Service Announcement Cards, photos and videos, fi needed, to be posted ni the official media pages and website;
6. Assists other Offices/Divisions/Units ni the editing publication materials, social media cards, infographics for internal communication; and
7. Support other functions of the Division from time to time.
