MONTHLY SALARY:

₱27,000.00

PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT:

MEDIA AND PUBLIC RELATIONS DIVISION - CENTRAL OFFICE, MANDALUYONG

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job (e.g., Journalism, Communication, Media Relations, Mass Communication, Digital Illustration and Animation)

EXPERIENCE:

2 years of relevant experience.

TRAINING:

4 hours of relevant training.

SKILLS:

Content writing and graphic design skills;

Campaign execution and proofreading skills;

Teamwork;

Strong communication and customer service skills.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assists the social media manager in supervising the social media accounts of the Office of the Vice President by: 

a. Preparing captions; and b. Posting photos, social cards, statement cards, videos, and other official content on social media;

2. Assists in researching materials for social media campaigns, reviewing online content, and coordinating with other writers/ contributors from other Offices / Divisions/Units;

3. Assists in coordinating with concerned division for any posts, comments, and messages received requesting for assistance;

4. Helps in enforcing community standards on the official online pages;

5. Helps in doing fieldwork (for administering Facebook live as well as conducting documentation and interviews) when assigned;

6. Helps maintain the social media database of files, posts, and videos;

7. Assists in the transcription of interviews, whenever needed; and

8. Supports other functions of the Division from time to time.
