SALARY GRADE:

PLANNING DIVISION - CENTRAL OFFICE, MANDALUYONG
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree related to the job (e.g., BS in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems,
Social Sciences, Development Studies, etc.)
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum one (1) year work experience related to the job, preferably doing M&E, programming, statistics, or data science work in the
development/public sector. Experience ni knowledge management and institutional learning is a bonus.
TRAINING:
SKILLS:
Minimum of eight (8) hours of training in related work o n M&E, programming, and data science.
With proficiency ni databases/SQL, Linux, HTML, etc.
With data management skills.
With interpersonal, communication and report writing skills.
With experience in knowledge management and institutional learning.
With advanced knowledge in computer office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, Word, PPT),
Google Applications (Documents, Sheets, Slides, Calendar,, etc.)
1. Develops, monitors, and updates M&E plans in accordance with the scope and limitations indicated in the OVP Overall M&E Framework.
2. Design, develop, test, and maintain M&E tools, such as surveys, web-based databases, and dashboards for OVP programs and activities in close coordination with product owners, project managers, and other teams.
3. Facilitates data gathering and enhances documentation of the agency's programs and operations to develop evidence-based proposals and support knowledge transfer across the agency.
4. Provides input to the management by undertaking research, evaluation, and/or study necessary for the effective implementation of plans and programs of the agency.
5. Generates and prepares reports, documentation, training, and communication materials regarding the different programs and projects of the OVP.
6. Supports the implementation of SPMS, QMS, and other initiatives of the Planning Division.
7. Performs other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
