DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assists in verifying applicants' eligibility based on the Social Services Information System (SSPIS) Database to determine if the client is qualified to receive assistance;

2. Assists in informing the Division Chief of possible instances of fraud based on questionable documents or repeated contracts, for appropriate action;

3. Assists in interviewing applicants with confidentiality to validate information provided in the OVP Application Form;

4. Helps in receiving complete documents, such as OVP Application Form, Medical Abstract, Quotation/Costing, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Social Case Study, valid Identification Cards (IDs) of the patient, representative, and account holder, copy of ATM card/passbook, validated and updated deposit slip based on existing guidelines to facilitate processing of requests;

5. Assists in encoding information in the SSPIS Database to generate attachments for the preparation of funding requests;

6. Assists in coordinating with OVP's Service Delivery Network;

7. Provides support in coordinating with clients with requests;

8. Assists in the preparation and submission of correspondence, reports, in response to queries, requests for assistance for both printed and electronic mail based on PAD internal guideline for the consideration/approval of the Division Chief;

9. Reviewing the Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) submitted by the stakeholders from OVP offices to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with legal requirements;

10. Collaborating with legal teams to address any legal issues or concerns related to MOA;

11. Maintaining organized records of all executed MOAs or contracts and updating databases accordingly;

12. Responding to inquiries and clarifications related to the terms of agreements from internal or external stakeholders;

13. Monitoring and tracking key milestones and deadlines outlined in MOAs or contracts; and

14. Supports other functions of the Division from time to time.
