ELIGIBILITY:
Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
1. Assists in supervising the Division; maintains petty cash fund by completing all the documentary requirements for disbursements of funds to enable timely and appropriate replenishments of funds;
2. Keeps Petty Cash Record by updating daily cash release of funds to ensure that estimated cash available is not less than P15,000;
3. Facilitates payroll by uploading appropriate Registers through Financial Data Entry System (FinDES) for submission to the bank in order to ensure timely payment of salaries and benefits of employees;
4. Collects cash by issuing Official Receipts (OR) to ensure that all cash collections are duly documented and ready for bank deposit not later than two days from receipts;
5. Serves as authorizer of Electronic Modified Disbursement System (EMDS) by reviewing the Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC) for approval of the Division Chief to ensure timely payment of the approved List of Due and Demandable Accounts Payable-Authority to Debit ( LDDAP-ADA) and checks issued;
6. Prepares Report of Accountability for Accountable Forms (RAAF) by listing all existing accountable forms (e.g., Modified Disbursement System (MDS), Accounts Payable (AP) and Trust Fund (TF) checks including Official Receipts for submission to Commission on Audit (COA) not later than 5 days after the end of the month for inventory purposes; and
7. Substitutes for the Division Chief in case of absence to ensure continuous office operations.
