 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


1. Designs and implements effective learning activities as well as manages knowledge-sharing events;

2. Identifies and curates technical content for the intranet (BISEntral);

3. Assists in managing intranet community engagement, documents and shares learning or engages partners and learning champions;

4. Contributes to the development and institutionalization of the knowledge management system of the Office; and

5. Substitutes for other staff officers in case of absence to ensure continuous office operations.
