1. Assists in analyzing and interpreting database information for computer input programming, undertaking researches, technical studies, and special studies ni information system which are of major importance to top management for
the establishment of a computerized information system;
2. Assists in the preparation of the NAG software, devices, configuration, settings and security in compliance with existing ICT Policies and laws to assist the ITO Il in network administration, configuration, research, programming, monitoring of al network systems of the office;
3. Prepares software package including the conduct of major feasibility studies and leads the Software Development Group (SDG) by preparing its software, devices, security, configuration, control, settings, and reports to assist ni the establishment, development, and maintenance of a computerized central information system ni compliance with existing plans, TOR, ICT Policies and laws;
4. Evaluates and reports on the operating efficiency of computer systems and other related systems by preparing research study and systems analysis and design for the automation of office processes to improve workforce performance;
5. Assists in a limited scope in the development and maintenance of a database management system pertaining to economic, social, and local development
policies/programs/projects of the government and by reviewing and using current innovative and efficient development technologies that wil be most beneficial for the government ni bridging the digital divide;
6. Prepares research study for preparing, negotiating, and presenting budget and other funding proposals; possible expenditures; and operational budget allocation and for measuring work productivity and customer satisfaction; and
7. Substitutes for other IT officers ni case of absence to ensure continuous office operations and performs other related functions.
