1. Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders le.g., OVP Office/Divisions/Units) relative to compliance with laws, rules and regulations;
2. Assist the Bids and Award Committee, Disciplinary Action Committee, and other ad hoc committees as may be assigned, by reviewing resolutions, correspondences, and other documents;
3. Conduct legal assessment of the implementation of internal office policies and guidelines by interpreting pertinent laws, rules and regulations, review and draft legal forms and documents, and making recommendations for continuous improvement;
4. Provide research on requests for information and reviews contracts and agency issuances concerning human resources and data privacy; and
5. Substitute for other attorneys in case of absence to ensure continuous office operations.
