Australian Deputy Prime Minister Richard Marles, in a courtesy call, met with Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday afternoon. The Vice President shared with him the challenges in the field of education in the country.
They also discussed security as Deputy Prime Minister Marles is also the Minister of Defense of Australia.
The Vice Presitent shared that “gaining peace is relatively easy, sustaining peace is difficult,” stressing the importance of the continuous cooperation of all sectors in maintaining peace.
