Lennil sought help from the Office of the Vice President (OVP). Her four-year-old daughter, Ashia, has Congenital Heart Disease (CHD), Patent Ductus Arteriosus, and an Allergic Cough.

CHD can affect the structure and function of a child's heart, particularly the blood flow in and out of it. The expenses for Ashia's treatment pose a significant challenge for Lennil's family since her husband's income is just enough for daily expenses.

Led by the OVP Caraga Satellite Office, Ashia received medication for a month through a guarantee letter. Lennil thanked the OVP for the immediate medical assistance.

The OVP aims to assist individuals like Ashia who need medical aid. The Medical Assistance Program of the OVP is open to provide service to all Filipinos.
