The OVP-Disaster Operations Center and the Cebu Satellite Office led the delivery of aid to the victims of the November 23 fire in Mandaue City.

The OVP on November 25 turned over 150 sacks of rice to City Mayor Jonas Cortes. The rice will be distributed to 750 families or more than 2,700 individuals who lost their homes to the fire.

The relief operations were carried out in collaboration with the Philippine Coast Guard, Philippine Air Force, Department of Public Works and Highways, Traffic Management (TEAM), Alliance of Integrated Response (AIR 7 Phils.), and Federation of Volunteers through Radio Communication (FDRC).
