The Office of the Vice President has been recognized by the Manila Doctors Hospital (MDH) as one of its “Top 10 Most Consistent Partners” among over 2,800 identified partners.

The recognition is part of the Service, Harmony, Integrity, Nurture, and Excellence (SHINE) Awards in celebration of MDH's 10th anniversary, held on February 22 at the Dr. George S.K. Ty Medical Tower Penthouse, Manila.

MDH has partnered with the OVP in implementing its Medical and Burial Assistance program. The ceremony was led by MDH President Arlene P. Ledesma, alongside MDH First Vice President and Hospital Director, Dr. Hian Ho N. Kua.

In 2019 and 2020, the MDH also awarded the OVP a Certificate of Appreciation, acknowledging the office's significant contribution to providing medical services to Filipinos.

To date, the OVP and MDH have assisted over 870 beneficiaries from various sectors. The OVP remains committed to delivering services and programs for the betterment of Filipinos.
