The Office of the Vice President’s Pansarap Program was pilot tested Tuesday at the Lower Tamugan Elementary School in Davao City.
Together with some officials of the Department of Education, the Pansarap Supplemental Feeding Program was pilot tested with 733 undernourished learners as beneficiaries.
The Pansarap buns — packed with vitamins and minerals necessary in child develioment — were developed and approved by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) - Food and Nutrition Research Institute (FNRI).
The Pansarap Program is an OVP intervention to address cases of malnutrition among learners.
