The Office of the Vice President on Saturday formally launched the “PagbaBAGo Campaign: A Million Learners and Trees” in Cebu City.

The launch was simultaneously held in the OVP satellite offices in Davao, Zamboanga, Surigao, Tacloban, Bacolod, Dagupan, Region V, BARRM, and Isabela.

It was also held in the OVP extension office in Lipa, Batangas.

OVP will implement the program in collaboration with the Department of Education and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources.

It aims to provide one million youth across the country with learning materials and dental kits through the PagbaBAGo bags.

It also includes raising awareness among young people about the importance of the environment through tree-planting activities.
