During the courtesy call on Vice President Sara Duterte on Tuesday, Singaporean Ambassador, Her Excellency Constance See Sin Yuan, thanked Filipino workers for not leaving Singapore, especially at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The two leaders also talked about the bilateral relationship between the Philippines and Singapore — and how cooperation can be forged in the area of education.
Last month, VP Duterte was in Singapore for an official trip as chair of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO).
