The Office of the Vice President Cagayan Valley Satellite Office, in collaboration with the Department of Labor and Employment, conducted a payout for 227 beneficiaries of the Tulong Panghanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD).

The payout took place at the Anao Community Hall in Cabagan, Isabela, on January 23. The beneficiaries, who received emergency employment opportunities, came from the towns of Cabagan, San Pablo and Tumauini in Isabela.

On January 10, a payout was also held at the Multipurpose Community Center in Dinapigue, Isabela, with 30 fishermen-beneficiaries.

The beneficiaries worked as cleaning staff in their town for 10 days.
