Vice President Sara Duterte on Nov. 23 attended the Annual National Congress 2022 Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. (PLAI) at the Iloilo Convention Center, Iloilo City.
The Vice President recognizes the role of our librarians in shaping the minds of students, enabling them to have enough knowledge to make informed choices and sound decisions in life.
In her message, she said the Office of the Vice President is always open to help the librarians in whatever they need.
