Vice President Sara Duterte on November 18 was a speaker at the International Conference on Quality Education in the New Normal of the Commission on Higher Education and the Philippine Normal University at the Rizal Park Hotel, Manila.

She thanked the Philippine Normal University for helping the Department of Education in strengthening the Senior High School curriculum by creating teaching guides for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics or STEM, and Accountancy, Business and Management, or ABM subjects.
