Vice President Sara Duterte on Saturday attended the grand opening of Pier 88 “Smart Port” in Liloan, Cebu.
President Ferdinand Marcos Jr led the launch.
Liloan's Smart Port offers convenient and modern services to passengers in the Visayas. The port connects Bohol, Camotes Islands, Ormoc, Leyte, the cities of Lapu-Lapu and Cebu, and many others.
The Vice President, who personally witnessed the groundbreaking of Pier 88 in 2019, said she was pleased with the project’s completion.
