Vice President Sara Duterte visited Sekolah Rendah Pusar Ulak, a public basic education school, and Seri Mulia Sarjana International School, a private academic institution in Brunei Darussalam — and she was welcomed by school officials.
The Brunei trip is part of VP Sara’s role as president of the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO).
Part of her mandate as SEAMEO President is to look at the education system of other countries under SEAMEO — with the objective of learning from education best practices.
