Vice President Sara Duterte visited the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) Regional Learning Center (RELC) in Singapore.
RELC was established to support the language education of countries in the Southeast Asian Region, in line with each country's goal of simultaneously developing the quality of education.
Under the leadership of Center Director Susan Leong, RELC's two main programs is to provide scholarship programs to children from member countries of the organization and conduct international conferences.
