Vice President Sara Duterte was guest speaker at the 7th Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Convention for Public Attorneys held at the Philippine International Convention Center Thursday afternoon.
She commended the staff of the Public Attorney's Office for their service to the public. PAO, in its 2021 accomplishment report, said it has provided legal assistance to 9.7 million Filipinos.
“I continue to hope for the best in our role of championing the rights of our marginalized and underrepresented citizens,” the Vice President said.
