Tatay Melchor, 57, beamed with joy as he received a wheelchair from the Office of the Vice President.
Diagnosed with polio in childhood, he sought help from the Bicol Satellite Office through his brother, Wilmor. Tatay Melchor received a wheelchair through the OVP's Medical Assistance program. He expressed gratitude for the improved mobility provided by the OVP's support for individuals with disabilities.
